Assassin's Creed.

Bored, so here you go.

Assassin's Creed is a game set in the crusades. You play an assassin called Altair who is sent to kill various people who are linked in some way. The story is basically about you finding out how these people are connected. You learn a little more each time you complete one of the missions.

The missions are very repeatative and usually follow the same structure;

-Do a few investigations
-Kill the target
-Run.

The game encourages you to use stealh, but the game doesn't really let you use stealth in any way. You'll try to kill someone in a way without being caught, yet you'll be found out anyway. This is really frustrating and another thing I dislike about this game.

When you get spotted by guards, you have two options, run of fight.

Running away can be very fun as you can jump from building to building and then hide from the guards. The controls for running and jumping are very simple and you'll pick them up in no time. Hididng from guards is pretty easy, not much of a challenge. I would of prefered if this game offered more of a challange in all areas.

Combat in Assassin's Creed is decent. Each time you complete missions you unlock something which will help you in combat. These can vary from throwing knifes, to the ability to dodge enemy attacks. The one you'll probably use the most is the ability to counter. Counters are very easy to pull off once you get used to them and make you feel like a badass as you watch Altair cut down the enemy with his sword. But this, similar to hiding, is alot too easy. Combat could of had alot more work done.

But since combat is so easy, it can be fun just to walk about and fight guards. You'll find yourself losing ours of time to this game if you just like to run around killing people or jumping around roofs.

yay for december 2009 then lol

i havent even played the first but ive heard its good im sure the 2nd will be great but they should include guns makes the game more fun btw mgs5 is on 360 release date unknown
